We also use cookie-free visitor statistics, such as page views, referring sites, and general location, to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use your information to respond to you, to provide legal services, and to keep the records a law practice must keep. We do not sell or rent personal information or share it for marketing.

We share it only with the service providers that host this website, our online forms, and our email, who handle it on our behalf; with another attorney or law firm, with your permission, if we refer you to one better suited to your needs; with others when you ask us to; or when the law requires it. Client information is also protected by an attorney’s duty of confidentiality under California law.

Our online forms use encrypted connections. Email is usually encrypted in transit, but it can pass through systems outside our control. Client documents are prepared and stored on firm-controlled, password-protected devices.

We keep a record of everyone who contacts us, stored on a secure system, and keep client files as long as professional and legal obligations require.

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Some records must be kept to meet legal and professional obligations.

This website does not track visitors across other sites, so it responds the same way whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. It is not directed to children under 16. Information about a client’s minor children is kept as part of that client’s confidential file.
